How does the Diaspora Online service work?
You shop online from anywhere in the world via our website or contact our websales team on WhatsApp (+263 77 132 6413), pay securely via any of our secure payment methods (In partnership with Stanbic), and your family or contractor collects the order in Harare or Bulawayo Stores.
Can I pay from outside Zimbabwe?
Yes. We accept international cards and payments. You can pay via a secure payment link for VISA/Mastercard card payments, or we can send international bank transfer (EFT or SWIFT) details. Once payment is received, we’ll prepare your order and arrange collection.
How does my family collect the order?
Once your order is ready, we notify the person you’ve listed as the collector. They simply present their National ID and the Invoice number at our store for pickup.
How do I know my order is safe?
We keep your order reserved under your name until it is collected. Our staff verify ID and order numbers before releasing products, so your purchase is protected.
How do refunds work?
Absolutely. Our sales team can assist you through WhatsApp, phone, or email. We also provide combo deals and recommendations for common projects.
Is my payment safe when shopping online?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways used by trusted local and international banks. We do not store your card details, and your information is always protected.
How do refunds work?
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your family can also choose store credit or exchange for another item of equal value. Yes. If your family collects an item and it’s not suitable (wrong size, style, etc.), they can return it within 7 days of collection, provided it’s unused and in original packaging.
Is delivery available in Zimbabwe?
We don’t currently offer delivery in-house. All orders are available for free in-store pickup at our Harare and Bulawayo, While we don’t deliver directly, we can recommend trusted external transporters who can assist with moving your order to your home or project site. These arrangements are made directly with the transporter.
